Patricia Basset
Patricia Ann Basset, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, who began her journey in this life on December 14, 1936, was born into eternal life on June 30, 2014, to be forever in the presence of her Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. Joyously reunited in that life, with all those she so loved and longed to see again! She was proceeded into that life by her loving husband, John Philip Basset, parents Elmer and Eula Pickens, Mother-in Law Helen Basset, sisters Fayrene Zink, Nelda Gay McKinney, and Merle Henderson. She is survived by her brother E. Gene Pickens, and sister Jane Webb. Her children, Jerrilynn (Vincent) Ruff, Alan Vincent and Cindy (Basset) Boney. Sons and daughter-in-law Marc Ruff, Pat Boney, and Traci (Vincent) Sumner. Her grandchildren, Chip and Christina (Ruff) Larson, Douglas and Erynn (Ruff) Krahn, Kyle and Britney Vincent, Robert and Meagan (Vincent) White, Tom Pelka, Christopher Redfern, Corey and Abigail Boney, and Matthew and Haley Boney. Her great-grandchildren, Diego and Salvador Villegas, Raleigh Vincent, and Douglas Monte Krahn III. She was blessed to see the generations after her leaving a lasting legacy, loving and blessing the lives of her family and friends. In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Foundation, Lee Moor Children's Home, or other charity. A private memorial service will be held.
