  Notes	Grandpa Bissett Dead Monday evening the lifeless body of Grandpa Bissett was found in the Bissett barn. At first the report spread that he had committed sucide but such does not seem to be the case. Dr. Catudal and son Emery who were among the first there and took him down from the position in which he was found think death came as result of heart failure as he was attempting to climb up the ladder to the hay loft above. The old gentelman had a cot in the haymow of the barn in which he was accustomed to go to take afternoon naps. A ladder went up the side above the manger to the loft. One board on the ladder had broken and a wire substituted for a step. His head was caught on this, his feet were on the manger and the weight of his body rested against the wall. The Dr. says there was no sign of strangulation. The last seen of him was at about three o'clock when he went out to the barn. He had been dead for two hours or more when found. He was 79 years of age. An old settler of the county and highly respected. The funeral was held in the Catholic church Tuesday afternoon at 4 o'clock.
