  Notes	Sarah was a widow when she married Orin. Tonica News September 14, 1889 Married At the Bassett residence in Tonica, Monday morning 9 o'clock, Sept. 9, 1889, by Rev. R.E. Buckey, Mr. Orin Bassett and Mrs. Sarah Packard. The wedding was quiet affair and took many of us entirely by surprise. However, there is every reason to congratulate the couple on their union in wedlock - Both are old and respected citizens of Tonica who are certainly well enough acquainted with each other to take a such step advisedly. They took the 11:24 train for Benton Harbor, Mich., where they may conclude to make their future home, although they have not definitetly settled the question as yet.
