Bruce Joseph Bassett Sr.
BASSETT, SR. BRUCE JOSEPH, 56 - of Carroll Valley, PA, formerly of Berlin,
died Saturday, November 12, 2005 at his home. Born August 21, 1949 in
Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late William Marshall Bassett a
Dorothy (Bishop) Bassett of Berlin. He was the husband of Patricia (Cicco)
Bassett of Carroll Valley to whom he was married since February 20, 1971. Mr.
Bassett was a member of the Good Samaritan Masonic Lodge, Gettysburg PA. He
was a retired Service Technician for the Verizon Telephone Company. In
addition to his wife and mother, Bruce is survived by his son, Bruce J.
Bassett Jr., and daughter-in-law, Brandi Bassett of Carroll Valley. As well as
his three Boston Terriers: Mandy, Callie and Sarah. Funeral services will be
held Tuesday, November 15, 2005 at 2 p.m. at the Monahan Funeral Home, 27 East
Main Street, Fairfield, PA with the Reverend Jay Zimmerman officiating. There
will also be a service at that time held by the Good Samaritan Masonic Lodge
of Gettysburg, PA. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the
