Married Glenn Haddon Bass, April 30, 1926; he passed away June 9, 1945. Married Alma C. Kenney, July 31, 1954; he passed away January 3, 1994. Member LDS Church, served in Relief Society presidency and Primary. Collected and polished rocks, loved flowers and gardening, genealogy work and did many crafts. Survived by children, Rex W. (Carol) Bass, George W. Bass, Bob H. (Irene) Bass, Kent B. (Shirley) Bass, Boyd M. (Connie) Bass, Michael D. (Naomi) Bass, daughter-in-law, Lois Bass; stepchildren, Maxine West, Virginia (Dave) Park, Georgia (Randy) Elliott; 39 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brothers, Del (Millie) Wood, Les (Karma) Wood, Nile (Janet) Wood; sister-in-law, Ruth Wood.
