Bass, Mangham
ANDALUSIA ? Mr. and Mrs. Marlon J. Bass announce the engagement of their daughter Marla Kim to Stanford Malvin Mangham, both of Birmingham, son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanford Mangham of Leeds.
Grandparents of the bride-elect are Mr. and Mrs. Tom Sawyer, Mrs. Andrew Bass and the late Mr. Bass. She was graduated from Auburn University and attends graduate school at the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
Grandparents of the prospective bridegroom are the late Mr. and Mrs. Malvin Brown of Atlanta, Ga.; the late Mr. and Mrs. James Mangham of Americus, Ga. He received his M.S. from Auburn University and is employed in Birmingham.
The wedding will be Nov. 17 at the First Baptist Church.

ANDALUSIA ? The First Baptist Church was the setting at 6 p.m. Saturday for the wedding of Miss Marla Kim Bass and Stanford Malvin Mangham of Birmingham. A reception followed.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Marlon J. Bass; Mr. and Mrs. Stanford Mangham of Birmingham.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Miss Terrie Mangham of Auburn was maid of honor. Other attendants were Mrs. David Green, Opelika; Misses Martha Holley, Montgomery; Beth Tillman, Columbus, Ga.; and Christy Mangham, Birmingham.
Mr. Mangham was his son?s best man. Groomsmen were Buddy Bjorkland, Frank Lacey, both of Birmingham; Fran Williams, Trussville; Joel Wampol, Auburn; and Drew Benson.
After a wedding cruise to the Bahamas, the couple will reside in Birmingah.
