Mr. Goss and the Rev. Mr. Beckham officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery with Headland Mortuary directing. Mrs. Bass was the wife of the late A.G. Bass of Headland. Surviving are two sons, Fred H. Bass of Headland route one and Joe Robert Bass of Rutledge, Ala.; one daughter, Mrs. Alma Hollis of Headland; five sisters, Mrs. Lou Fredrick, Mrs. Laura Thompson, Mrs. Lola Smith, Mrs. William Watson, all of Banks and Mrs. Clema Andress of Troy; two brothers, Jim and Bob Hudson of Banks.
