Prior to the service a visitation will begin at noon. He will be laid to rest at the Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery. Mr. Bass was born in Stantonsburg, NC on Sept. 10, 1932. He passed way on Dec. 27, 2017 in Vacaville. Mr. Bass served during the Vietnam Era. He retired from the U.S. Air Force as a flight engineer.
