He is survived by his son, Troy and wife Debra Bass; daughters, Karla Elder, and Gaye and her husband Jerry Baxter; sisters, Shirley Yarborough and Etta Hanna; 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Lauretta Bass. There will be a visitation Saturday, October 13, 6-8 p.m., at Lynch Funeral Service in Greenville.
