  Notes	Fox News Two Killed in Union County; one arrested August 22, 2012 MARSHVILLE, N.C. ? Two men were killed and a third is arrested after a shooting Tuesday night in Union County. Bradrick Layne Wolfe, 47, of Marshville, was charged with two counts of first-degree murder, said Sheriff Eddie Cathey. Cathey said deputies were called to a home near Marshville and found two men shot to death in the driveway. The victims have been identified as Wolfe?s father-in-law, David Lee Bass, and the suspect?s brother-in-law, David Clay Bass. A North Carolina Highway Patrol trooper spotted the suspect?s motorcycle a short time later in Anson County and began chasing him. Cathey says several other people were at the home and saw the shooting. He says the shooting apparently resulted from an argument. It was not clear if Wolfe has an attorney.
