Hunt Bass in Hutchinson. On December 8, 1989, Jack married Margaret Conrad in Hutchinson, KS. Jack was a self-employed truck driver and worked for Mid America Redi-Mix and retired after 20 years. Jack was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Jackie Dean; a infant daughter, Linda Sue; six brothers, John, Bill, Dusty, Bob, Dean and Hugh Bass; and three sisters, Maxine Edwards, Gwen Nickel and Judy Cummins. Survivors include his wife, Margaret; four sons, Gary Bass, Bill Bass, Jason Bass and Michael Shields; one daughter, Elizabeth Bass; 10 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 2 p.m. ? 6 p.m. on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at Hutchinson Funeral Chapel, 300 E. 30th Ave, Hutchinson. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
