Bass of Route 7, Statesville, Mason Bass of Heath Springs, S.C.; four daughters, Mrs. Maggie B. Parker of Troutman, Mrs. J. Lloyd Wallace, Mrs. Paul D. Lipe of Route 1, Troutman, Mrs. Hazel B. Wike of Route 4, Statesville; one brother, Thomas W. Murdock of Lilesville; one sister, Mrs. C.S. Bass of Route 1, Troutman; 19 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren. Funeral 2:30 p.m. Sunday, St. John?s Lutheran Church burial in St. Michael?s Cemetery.
