Wiley B. Bass
Dunn - Wiley B. Bass, 62, of Route 4, Dunn, died Thursday morning in an Erwin hospital after an extended illness.
He was a retired textile worker.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. at South Erwin Baptist Church by Reverend F.G. Alford, pastor, and Reverend Ertle Lawson. Burial will be in the Baptist Chapel Church Cemetery.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Susie Sessoms Bass; two sons, Weldon R. Bass and Wiley B. Bass Jr. of Hillsborough; two daughters, Mrs. Christine Heath of Hillsborough and Mrs. Aline Roberson of Raleigh; one brother, W.E. Bass of Route 1, Godwin, one sister, Mrs. Lillie Lockany of Fayetteville; and 16 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
