She is survived by two sons, Elden Eugene Carter and Ronald Hubert Carter and his wife, Lois; daughter, Linda Ann Jarvis and her husband, Gary; brother, Wray BASs; sister, Ruth Elaine Thorpe; devoted caregivers, Margie Wright and Susie Custalow; nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and many other loving family and friends. Her family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Bliley?s Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd., and where funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday. Interment Dale Memorial Park. She was the ultimate caregiver for others and epitome of strength. She was always devoted to her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
