Notice of Hearing Petition to Mortgage Real Estate James Enos Jonas Bass, Howard Leslie Bass and George Lynn Bass, executgors of the Last Will and Testament of James E. Bass, deceased, having filed their petition asking authority to mortgage certain real estate, to wit: The Northwest Quarter of Section Fourteen and the West Half of the Norhteast Section Quarter of Section Fourteen in Township Twenty-Two, North of Range One East of the Indian Meridian, containing 240 acres more or lress, in Noble County, Oklahoma, for the purpose of paying an existing mortgage debt thereon to avoid a foreclosure. It is therefore ordered that said petition be heard before this Court at the County Court room at Perry, Oklahoma, on the 14th day of February, A.D. 1925, at 9 o?clock a.m., and that all persons interested in this matter be there present and present their objections if any to the granting of said petition. Bass, prominent farmer living near Otoe switch, north of Perry and Mrs. Bass decided a few years ago that connubial bliss in the Bass household was no longer possible, and taking the children she went over in the west part of the state to live with her relatives. A divorce followed. Time drifted along and Bass grew lonesome. Likewise Mrs. Bass. A peace note was recently transmitted stating the complete terms, with the result that Mr. and Mrs. Bass last week were re-married and the family again united. Congratulations upon their good sense. May the most pleasant of diplomatic relations continue until death do them part.
