Edward ?Sonny? Bass passed away Monday evening, December 5, 2016, at NHC of Pulaski. He was a cattleman and businessman in the Stella Community and was 79 years old.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, was a member of Giles County Cattleman Association, received the Lifetime Cattleman?s Award, served on the board of directors of the Giles County Co-op, loved wood working, and a member of the Stella Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Visitation will be 4 o?clock until 7 o?clock Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be 1:00pm Thursday, December 8, 2016, in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral home with Pastor Brandon Bass officiating.
Burial will follow in the Stella Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his, wife, Linda Bass and parents, Edward Benjamin and Ethel Raby Bass.
