  Notes	Find-a-Grave Obituary Marwin W. Bass Shreveport - Graveside services for Marvin W. Bass, 86, of Shreveport, LA., will be 10 a.m., Monday at Forest Park Cemetery in Shreveport with Dr. N.O. Pugh officiating under the direction Osborn Funeral Home. Mr. Bass died Friday in Shreveport hospital following a sudden illness. A native of Kilgore, Mr. Bass had lived in the Shreveport area since 1923. He was a member of the Caddo Parish School Board for 32 years and served as its president. Mr. Bass also served as president of the Louisiana School Board Association. He was the Fourth District representative of the Louisiana Highway Department under the Jimmie Davis administration. Mr. Bass was a member of First Baptist Church for 53 years and served as one of its deacons. Survivors include his daughter, Mrs. A.R. Bloxom of Shreveport. Son, Marvin W. Jr. of Longview. Four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home. Shreveport - Graveside services for Marvin W.
