Logan Earl Bass, Sr.
April 8, 1959 ? December 14, 2002
Logan Earl Bass, Sr., 63, of Raleigh, NC passed away peacefully on December 14, 2022, surrounded by his three children. Logan grew up in Powellsville, a town he loved. He met his late wife, Petrice Bass, in Durham, NC on North Carolina Central University?s campus. He then relocated to Raleigh, NC where he lovingly raised his family. Logan took pride in working and truly enjoyed the time he shared with his coworkers and supervisors. He loved spending time with his family, dear friends, participating in sports and traveling. Logan was an adventurous, courageous soul, who will be dearly missed and always remembered.
Logan was predeceased by his father, Lowell Wadsworth Bass, Sr., his mother, Mary Francis Bass, his wife, Petrice Ann Wesley Bass and siblings. He is survived by his three children, Gwendolyn Jones (Alfonzo Jones II), Ashley Bass-Mitchell and Logan Bass, Jr., his grandchildren Alyssa Jones, Kiera Ross, Joshua Jones, Wesley Mitchell and Cameron Mitchell and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. A celebration of life will be held in his honor as opposed to traditional funeral services. We request all of Logan?s loved ones to join us in celebrating his phenomenal life on December 27th at 11 AM.
