Fort Worth, Texas. Jackie Neal Bass passed away on January 22, 2022. He was born February 13, 1932 in Checotah Oklahoma to Fred and Gladys (Mitchell) Bass. He attended Oklahoma State University where he met his wife of almost 62 years, Patricia Bass. He was a Major in the US Air Force where he retired with 22 years of service. He then was a Real Estate Agent and Broker for 15 years before retiring to stay home with Pat and focus on their Coca-Cola Memorabilia Collection and traveling..
Jack enjoyed traveling with Pat in their RV throughout the US. He and Pat were avid Coca-Cola collectors and would travel to conventions and to see friends
Jack was a devoted member of Ridglea Christian Church and was active in their outreach team, served as a trustee, was involved in Room in the Inn ministries, and helped with other projects at the church. He volunteered with Meals on Wheels for over 25 years..
He is survived by his son Stephen Bass, daughter Cathy Begley and husband Tom, daughter Janet Bass, grandchildren Jim Teeters, Ria Teeters, Travis Bass, Sydney Bass, Jessica Begley, and Hannah Begley and his sister Euletta Groat.
A memorial will be held at 11:00 a.m. July 9th, 2022 at Ridglea Christian Church, 6720 W Elizabeth Lane, Fort Worth, TX.
He will be greatly missed by his loving family, friends, church and volunteer community.
