James Erdman Bass
James Erdman Bass, 67, of 1306 Dorsey Street, died Sunday at Humana Hospital.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hanes-Lineberry Vanstory Street Funeral Home. Burial will be in Guilford Memorial Park.
He was a native of Goldsboro, a Navy veteran, a retired employee of the parts department of Air Condition Corporation and a member of Evangelical Methodist Church.
Surviving are wife, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Moore Bass; stepdaughter, Mrs. Shirley M. Hobson of Greensboro; stepson, V. Gene McClintock of Stokesdale; sister, Mrs. Opal Spiewak of Columbia, South Carolina; five grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. today.
