  Notes	Greensboro Daily News North Carolina Friday, July 23, 1954 Mrs. D.T. Bass Dunn, July 22 - Mrs. Dallie Eldridge Bass, 69, died at the home of her son, Eric Bass of Route 5, Dunn, Wednesday morning following an illness of several weeks. Funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at the Gospel Tabernacle Church, with the Reverend J.L. Davis officiating. The body will lie in the church from 2 until 3 p.m. Burial will be in Dunn Memorial Cemetery. A native of Johnston County, Mrs. Bass moved to Sampson County at an early age and spent most of her life there. She had been a member of Gospel Tabernacle Church since 1924. Surviving are her husband, D.T. Bass; one son, Eric Bass; one daughter, Mrs. Robet Altman of Dunn; and six grandchildren.
