      All persons having claims against Thomas Oscar Bass, deceased, are required to present the same with necessary vouchers, to the undersigned Executor at 1015 Barnes Building, Muskogee, Oklahoma, within four months of the date hereof, or the same will be forever barred.

      T.O. Bass Becomes Head Of Oklahoma City Store

      T.O. Bass, local furniture man, left last night for Oklahoma City where he will assume the presidency and managership of the Bass Furniture and Carpet company there.
      C.W. Jones, associated with the local company for the past 15 years, will assume the managership here. T.O. Bass Jr., will be the assistant manager.
      Mr. Bass, head of the Muskogee branch for the past 11 years, stated that no change in management or any connection between the two store whatsoever would be made by the move.

      Prominent Muskogee Merchant Dies of Pneumonia After Illness of Several Years

      Funeral services for T.O. Bass, Sr., 58, will be held at 10 o?clock this morning at the pioneer Muskogee business man?s home at 619 Market street where he died Saturday from the effects of Pneumonia.
      After rites which will be conducted by the Rev. L. S. Barton, pastor of the St. Paul?s Methodist church, the body will be entrained at 2:30 p.m. for Houston, Texas where burial will be made Monday.
      Although he suffered from arthritis for the last five years, Mr. Bass had been acutely ill only three days.
      A resident of Muskogee since 1910, he had been engaged in the furniture business both here and at Oklahoma City and was at the time of his death president of a furniture store at 407 West Broadway operated by his son, T.O. Bass Jr, though he was not active in the firm.
      He was born in November 1876 at Waverly, Texas. After the death of his father, which occurred when he was a child, Mr. Bass moved with his family to Houston. He later went to Gainsville, Texas where he was employed by a furniture concern, before coming here.
      He was a member of Muskogee Masonic lodge, of the Knights Templar and of the Royal Arch Mason.
      The survivors include the widow and a son, T.T. Bass, Jr., a sister, Mrs. I.J. Rosser of Tulsa; and a brother, Dr. Clarence Bass of Houston.
      Pallbearers will be J.T. Griffin, T.E. Harbour, C.W. Jones, B.E. Spivey, Charles W. Mandler, D.H. Linebaugh, Camp Bonds and R.P. Harrison.
      Local arrangements are under the direction of the Eicholtz funeral home.
