  Notes	Find-a-Grave Obituary John N. Bass John N. Bass, 60, 506 East A., died Nov. 4, 1985, at his home after a long illness. Born Feb. 16, 1925, at Naylor, Mo., he married Shirley Thompson, Aug. 10, 1947, in Winona. He was a truck driver and heavy equipment operator and had lived in Hutchinson since childhood. He was a US. navy veteran of World War II. Survivors: wife, of the home; sons, Clinton, Wichita, Melvin, 506 East A, Dan, 902 Buchannon; brothers, Bill, Hugh, Dean and Jack, all of Hutchinson, Bob, Buhler, Sylven, Medora; sisters, Maxine Edwards, Georgiana Sutton, both of Hutchinson, Gwinnell Smith, Dallas; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Noble Bass, Medora; and four grandchildren. Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Johnson and Sons Memorial Chapel; the Rev. Fred Obold. Burial in Fairlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Memorials to Hospice of Reno County.
