She was born on December 12, 2016, in Indianapolis as the daughter of Douglas W. Bassett and Jamie S. Moore. Hazel is survived by her loving parents, Doug and Jamie; twin sister, Hope Bassett; sister, Heaven Wood; brother, Heath Voils; grandparents, Mark and Deb Bassett and Jeff and Shelly Moore; great-grandparents, Emmett and LaVonne Coffer and Stevie Moore; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 6, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A graveside service will be held at Noon on Saturday, January 7, at Washington Park East Cemetery, 10612 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. Pastor Dave Galbraith will be officiating.
