  Notes	Robert Cooley July 31, 1917 ? December 26, 2006 Robert D. Cooley, 89, Kokomo, died 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2006, at Howard Regional Health System, Kokomo. He was born July 31, 1917, n Crete, Ill., the son of Louis and Anna Marie (Stanfield) Cooley. On Nov. 24, 1938, at St. Luke?s EUB Church, Kokomo, he married Mary Ellen (Bassett) Cooley, who preceded him in death on Oct. 11, 2000. He was a 1935 graduate4 of Kokomo High School. Robert served in the United States Army during World War II. Robert retired from Haynes-Stellite Corp. after many years of service. H was a 50-year member of St. Luke?s United Methodist Church, where he was a member of the Bassett Class and the Joy Fellowship Group. He was a 50-year member of the Howard Masonic Lodge, F&AM 93, and the Quarter Century Club. Survivors include four children and their spouses, Dan Cooley, Carolee and Kerry McLallin, and Cindy and Bill Ramseyer, all of Kokomo, and Dennis and Lois Cooley, Green, S.C.; seven grandchildren, Cathy Cooley, Candy Lingenfelter, Andrea Kehn and her husband Dennis, Dr. Dawn Cooley and her husband Dr. Kevin Clarke, Jennifer Mason and her husband Dale, Melissa Clouser and her husband Barry and Amanda Ramseyer; eight great-grandchildren, Stephanie Kehn, Kayla Kehn, Jacob Kehn, Emma Cooley, Lydia Clouser, Alicia Lingenfelter and Trevor Lingenfelter; one sister, Wanda Mae Frits, Morris, Ill.; and one aunt, Lavon Phillips. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, one brother and three sisters. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Luke?s United Methodist Church, 700 Southway Blvd. East, with Pastors Michael Dominick, Kevin Miller, Livy Downey and Harold Williams officiating. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens Mausoleum. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday at Stout Son Funeral Home, 200 East Main St., Russiaville. Masonic services are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Luke?s Methodist Church Piano Fund.
