The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Oak Ridge Pentecostal Holiness Church by the Rev. Erfie Hayes. Burial will be in Mount Zion Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church cemetery in Godwin. Mr. Bass is survived by his wife, Ruby Bass of Wade; a daughter, Linda B. Knoll of Godwin; a brother, Weldon Bass of Wade; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at Skinner Funeral Home in Dunn.
