  Notes	The Troy Times Record, Monday Evening, August 19, 1957 Funeral of Mr. Bassett The funeral of Charles Bassett Sr. of North William street, Whitehall, who died Thursday at Emma Laing Stevens Hospital, Granville, was held at 2 p.m. yesterday from the Allen & Jillson Funeral Home, Whitehall, with Rev. Louis D. Keeler, pastor of Whitehall Methodist Church, officiating. Friends of the family were bearers. Interment was in Greenmount Cemetery, Whitehall.
