  Notes	Grand Rapids Press, 1 Jan 2005 BASSETT - Naomi B. Bassett, aged 96, of Jenison and formerly of Wayland passed away Thursday, December 30, 2004 and went to be with her Lord. She is survived by her children, John "Jack" (Eunice) Bassett, Connie (J. Arthur) Hooke Anita (Howard) Deal, Joyce (Robert G.) Parker; 13 grandchildren; 23 gre grandchildren; sister, Jeanice Covell; also several nieces, nephews and cousins. Naomi was preceded in death by her husband, Ellsworth in 1994. She was a charter member of Calvary Church of Wayland and present member of Calvary Baptist Church in Grand Rapids. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday at Calvary Church of Wayland with Rev. Richard Van Norman officiating. Interment Elmwood Cemetery, Cedar Springs. Memorials may be made to New Tribes Mission. Family will greet relatives and friends 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
