Morgan Bassett Dead At Toledo
News of Demise From Pneumonia a Great Hock to Relatives and Friends

MILAN, Feb. 11.-Relatives have received word of the sudden death of Morgan Bassett, who was aged about 60 years, at Toledo Wednesday morning at 2;30 o?clock. Death was due to pneumonia and he was ill only since Friday. It was not known at Milan that his condition was serious and the news of his death was a great shock to his relatives and many friends here.
Mr. Bassett was born and reared in Milan and lived here until in recent years, when he moved to Blue Island, Ill., and two years ago went to Toledo to live. His mother, Mrs. Mary Bassett, and two sisters, Miss Anna Bassett and Mrs. Joseph Seeley of Milan, together with two children, Wilbur Bassett of Eureka, Calif., and Mrs. Dwight Sparling of Fermont, survive.

Bassett Funeral Friday

MILAN, Feb. 14.-The funeral of Morgan Bassett was held from the home of his siters, Mrs. J.W. Selley, Friday afternoon at 2 o?clock. The Rev. J.W. Myers officiated. Mr. Bassett is survived by a wife and two children; Mrs. Dwight Sparling of Fremont and Wilbur Bassett of Eureka, Cal., a mother and two sisters.
