Two Omahans Knifed in Fight at Tavern
Tigue Bass of 1524 North Twenty-Eighth street and Eugene Golden of 1520 Seward street suffered knife wounds in a fight Friday night at a tavern at 1402 North Twenty-fourth street.
The two men and Routh Youngs of 1204 North Twenty-fifth street were held for investigation by police.

Funeral services were held March 8 at 2 p.m. at the Lewis Chapel for Tigue Bass, age 33 years, of 1524 North Twenty-Eighth street. Rev. F.S. Goodlett officiated. mrs. C.C. Reynolds rendered a solo.
Mr. Bass was a resident of Omaha for 25 years. He was associated with his father, the late Simon Bass, in the trucking business, the stand and office of which was located at 2237 Charles street.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Virginia Bass, sons, Tigue, Jr., Raymond and Leroy; mother, Mr. Katherine Bass, uncle, Mr. Connus Talley, and aunt, Mrs. Mattie Talley.
Burial was in Prospect Hill cemetery.
